Welcome Statement
Thank you for choosing to participate in one of our retreat programmes. You are
entrusting us with an important aspect of your physical, emotional, and spiritual care.
Our retreats are designed to be an immersive, structured, and supportive environment
where you can rest, restore balance, and pursue personal development. Every element,
from therapeutic sessions and movement to nutritional guidance, is curated by our
qualified practitioners to promote holistic well-being. We are committed to maintaining a
safe, confidential, and respectful setting for all.
By attending, you acknowledge that this is a shared space where all participants must
be treated with dignity and sensitivity. To ensure the orderly and safe operation of our
programmes, the following Terms and Conditions apply and form a legally binding
agreement between you and Evolve Holistic Well-being. Please read them carefully
before making a booking or attending the retreat.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
Evolve Holistic Well-being ("Evolve," "we," "us," or "our") provides holistic retreat
programs that may include accommodation, natural therapies, physical and wellness
activities (including Yoga, Qigong, fitness sessions, guided hikes, meditation, and
nutritional guidance), and one-to-one therapeutic or coaching services.
All activities are facilitated by qualified and experienced practitioners. Participation is
voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.Evolve Holistic Well-Being
For health and safety purposes, you are required to disclose any pre-existing injuries,
illnesses, or medical conditions that may prevent you from participating within activities
no later than 30 days prior to arrival. This information enables us to make appropriate
modifications to activities where necessary. Guests with medical conditions must
complete the Medical Information Form here.
Where the retreat includes physically demanding or potentially hazardous activities, you
agree to comply with all safety instructions provided. Evolve shall bear no responsibility
for injuries or accidents resulting from personal negligence, failure to follow instructions,
or the actions of other participants.
Evolve retains the absolute right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.

2. PRICES
All prices are quoted per person in euros (€) unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices
include applicable taxes unless specified. All services, rates, and packages are subject
to availability and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice.

3. BOOKINGS
Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. Availability must be
verified directly via phone or email. A booking is only deemed confirmed when Evolve
issues written confirmation by email or letter.
By proceeding with a booking—whether verbally, electronically, or in writing—you
expressly confirm that you and all individuals included in the booking acknowledge,
understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. For group
bookings, the lead guest warrants that all participants have been informed of these
Terms and agree to abide by them.
Where a signed booking form is not submitted but payment is made, such payment
shall constitute full acceptance of these Terms.

4. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Upon arrival, you must present an original, valid passport or national identification
document. Photocopies or digital copies will not be accepted. Identification documents
are securely stored on-site and used solely for mandatory verification purposes required
by the Spanish Tourism Authority of Andalucía.

5. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payments
25% of the payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings will be held for 3 days pending payment. Failure to submit payment
within this period may result in automatic cancellation.
Cancellations
● 30 or more days prior to arrival: 100% refund
● 15–29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
● Less than 15 days prior or non-arrival: No refund
Booking Changes
● Changes to the type of retreat may be requested up to 15 days prior to arrival.
● One change is permitted per booking within 6 months of the original
reservation, subject to availability and any applicable price adjustments.

6. CONTRACT AGREEMENT
A legally binding contract comes into effect once Evolve receives payment from you and
issues a written confirmation. You must review the confirmation upon receipt and notify
us of any inaccuracies within 3 days. Evolve is not liable for errors reported outside this
period.

Evolve reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.

7. PERSONAL OR THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY
Evolve Holistic Well-being is not responsible for any services or activities provided by
third parties, including but not limited to airlines, airport transfers, external therapists,
water sports providers, excursion operators, or independent practitioners.
Evolve accepts no liability for losses, damages, injuries, or delays arising from the
negligence, actions, or omissions of third-party providers.
All guests must read the liability waiver before arrival. Making a booking means you
have taken this into consideration and agree to the terms. Where liability cannot legally
be excluded, Evolve’s total liability shall be limited to the value of the retreat purchased.
All activities—including daytime and night-time activities, sports, movement sessions,
and transport—are undertaken entirely at your own risk. Evolve assumes no
responsibility for illness, personal injury, or death.
For additional treatments or one-to-one sessions not included in your retreat package,
a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel. Failure to provide sufficient notice
will result in full charges being applied.
If you have not completed a liability waiver form please do so here, please note that you
are required to provide us with a signed form 30 days before your retreat date.

8. SPECIAL REQUESTS
Special requests (including room allocation, dietary needs, or accessibility
requirements) must be submitted in writing at the time of booking. While Evolve will use
reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, no guarantee is provided. Evolve
accepts no liability for unmet requests not documented at the time of booking.

9. OPT-IN / OPT-OUT POLICY
Evolve recognises that not all activities are suitable for every participant. Participation is
voluntary, and you may opt out of any activity; however, advance notice must be
provided to ensure proper coordination and safety.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
Evolve Holistic Well-being is committed to maintaining the highest standards of
confidentiality. All personal, medical, or emotional information provided by you or
obtained during the retreat shall be handled in accordance with applicable privacy
regulations and used solely for the purpose of providing appropriate care and services.
Many activities within the retreat involve group participation, during which individuals
may disclose sensitive personal information.
To preserve a safe and respectful environment, all guests irrevocably agree to the
following:
● Any information shared by participants shall be treated as strictly confidential.
● Personal disclosures, stories, reflections, or any sensitive content shared
during group sessions, workshops, therapeutic activities, or informal
interactions must not be repeated, recorded, disclosed, or distributed outside
the retreat environment.
● Photography, videography, or audio recording of other guests is strictly
prohibited unless explicit written consent is obtained.
● Any breach of confidentiality constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may
result in immediate removal from the retreat without refund, along with any further legal
remedies Evolve may pursue.
● By attending the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to protect the privacy, dignity, and
emotional safety of all participants.
5Evolve Holistic Well-Being
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY WAIVER
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. THIS DOCUMENT AFFECTS
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability
I, the undersigned (hereinafter the “Guest”), acknowledge and agree that by
participating as a guest of Evolve Holistic Well-Being (hereinafter “Evolve”), I do so
entirely at my own risk.
I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally release, waive, and hold harmless Evolve
Holistic Well-Being, its owners, agents, and other guests (collectively, the
“Releasees”), from any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses
of any nature whatsoever, whether in law or equity, known or unknown, that may arise
during, result from, or relate in any way to my participation in or with Evolve Holistic
Retreats in Granada, Spain.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that attending this retreat may involve participation in physical activities,
both indoors and outdoors, and exposure to natural elements, including wildlife. I
acknowledge that these activities, and all related components of the retreat, carry
inherent risks. By signing this Waiver, I fully accept and assume all responsibility for any
and all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, that may occur during my participation in
retreat activities.
This Waiver applies to all activities, programs, treatments, excursions, and any other
experiences I participate in while staying as a guest of Evolve Holistic Well-Being.

Release of Liability
I understand and agree that this Release from Liability irrevocably and unconditionally
releases all Releasees from any financial or legal responsibility for:
● Injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or death that I may suffer;

● Injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or death of my family members, friends,
or other participants;
● Any economic loss, damage, or loss of personal property;
● Any other claims or liabilities arising in connection with my participation, stay,
or activities at Evolve Holistic Well-Being.

Acknowledgment and Voluntary Execution
I have read this Release from Liability carefully and understand all of its terms. I execute
it voluntarily, with full knowledge of its legal significance, and intend to be legally bound
by it.
